Teacher training to bring an impactful project to your school
12 thematic itineraries to strengthen the professional skills of teaching and educational staff and create a research-training project in your institution
WHAT THE NOTICE SAYS Ministerial Decree 38/2026
The Ministry of Education and Merit offers the possibility to selected schools to strengthen professional skills of its teachers and educators, through a training program with modules to 30 or 60 hours which include:
- Cultural, disciplinary, educational, pedagogical, psychopedagogical, didactic, digital, methodological and relational, reflective and self-evaluative skills
- Skills in micro and macro didactic and educational planning
- Skills in managing class groups, building learning-friendly environments and positive relationships with students
- Skills in guidance teaching
- Skills in carrying out tasks related to the teaching function and school organization.
Projects must be started by September 26, 2026 (exceptional extension by the Ministry of Education), and completed by 08/31/2027
