A new FEM event is scheduled in the programme of Ago Off, the summer exhibition curated by Fondazione Ago together with Fondazione di Modena, the University Museums of Unimore, Fondazione Collegio San Carlo and us at FEM.

An evening together with Igor Sotgiu, professor of general psychology, to find out what it means to be truly happy in an era where well-being is together promise, claim and industry.

We'll explore the oldest questions—what is happiness, how does it differ from well-being, why it varies across cultures and biographies—along with more contemporary ones: how to cultivate a happy life when attention, time, and relationships seem to be competed for by screens and notifications.

Between scientific evidence, applications of positive psychology and the risks of commercial happiness "recipes", an evening to understand what research knows, what it hypothesizes and what it is best not to promise, in a field where the easy answers are often the most suspect.
